1. Shipping Information
- Cost: We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all domestic orders within the United States. To keep things simple for you, the price you see at checkout is the final price—no hidden shipping fees added at the end.
- Fulfillment: Our apparel is custom-printed and shipped directly from our production partner’s warehouse in North Carolina, USA.
- Processing Time: Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be printed and packed before it ships.
- Shipping Time: Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Because all items at LumeCoDesigns are made-to-order and custom-printed specifically for your purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind,” incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.
We encourage you to check our Size Guides (located on each product page) carefully before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is my top priority. If your item arrives with a clear manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit, we will make it right.

4. Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office. LumeCoDesigns is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
